HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Gonzales

– Jesse Allen Gonzales, 34, of 2745 128th Ave., Hart; felonious assault. Preliminary exam: March 12 at 1 p.m.  Bail: $10,000/cash.

Anderson

– Randy Ray Anderson, 41, of 2379 Orchard Ave., Muskegon; felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearm, driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance.  Preliminary exam: March 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash.

Oomen

– Elizabeth Jean Oomen, 47, of 140 W. Michigan, Walkerville; embezzlement $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: March 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $100/10 percent.

Collins

– Dorothy Geneva Collins, 59, of 7438 128th Ave., Hart; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: March 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $100/cash

Kruisenga

– Rachel Marie Kruisenga, 31, of 616 S. State St., Hart; fraud. Preliminary exam: March 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $100/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Trayce Robert Tate, 19, of 1150 N. 116th Ave., Hart; second-offense operating while intoxicated and possession of firearms under the influence. Pretrial: March 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jessica Dean Devan, 51, of 721 N. Rowe St., Ludington; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Christopher Lee Gasparas, 43, of 8776 N. 104th Ave., Pentwater; second-offense domestic violence. Plea/sentencing hearing: March 5 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $500/cash.

– Katherine Mary Jessica Earle, 45, of 2633 W. Lake Rd., Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial: March 21 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $100/10 percent.

– Kaycie Jordan Maier, 27, of 8545 Roosevelt Rd., Holton; assault and battery. Pretrial: March 21 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Timothy David Wert, 43, of 7133 S. Driftwood Dr., Rothbury; assault and battery. Pretrial: March 7 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $150/10 percent.

– Jonathan David Jurecki, 44, of 2210 Skeels Rd., Montague; malicious destruction of property. Pretrial: March 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $100/10 percent.

– Michael Lee Terryn, 51, of 7532 Oceana Dr., Hart; malicious use of telecommunications. Pretrial: March 14 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Ericka Louise Jackson, 31, of 2711 S. Evergreen Dr., White Cloud; DWLS. Pretrial: March 28 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).

– Nathan James Oklad, 18, of 511 Johnson St., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: April 11 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Allen D. Hanes, 63, of 2617 N. Dickinson Ave., Hesperia; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 21 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Daniel Rodriguez, 22, of 556 S. Oceana Dr., Shelby; DWLS. Pretrial: March 7 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Hollis Elvin Edwards, Sr., 49, of 7499 S. Forest Glen Rd., Rothbury; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 14 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
