• 9 a.m., suspicious situation, 100 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 2:30 p.m., general assistance, State Street and Hilltop Drive, City of Hart.
• 3:25 p.m., motorist assist, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 4:05 p.m., suspicious situation, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
• 9:28 p.m., an 18-year-old Hart man was cited for driving while license suspended, Johnson Street and Riverside Drive, City of Hart.
• 11:28 p.m., mental health complaint, US 31 Expressway and 64th Avenue, Hart Township.

Friday, Feb. 9, 2024:

• 6:13 p.m., general assistance, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.
• 7:58 p.m., found property, 600 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.

Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024:

• 3:23 a.m., motorist assist, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 11 p.m., assault and battery, State and Johnson streets, City of Hart.

Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024:

• 9:37 a.m., family trouble, 10 block of South Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 2:05 p.m., medical assist, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
• 3 p.m., found property, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Monday, Feb. 12, 2024:

• 9:45 a.m., peacekeeping, 800 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 10:05 a.m., medical assist, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
• 11:49 a.m., a 33-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic assault, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 6:28 p.m., a 53-year-old Hart woman was arrested for retail fraud, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024:

• 3:18 p.m., medical assist, 400 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
• 3:54 p.m., a 24-year-old Hart woman was cited for operating without insurance, Polk Road and State Street, City of Hart.
• 3:13 p.m., vehicle crash, no injury, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 7:49 p.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 8:43 p.m., a 46-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Oceana County, 500 block of Hart Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024:

• 12:30 a.m., alarm, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.
• 4:20 p.m., a 62-year-old Pentwater woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Hart Police Department, 4000 block of State Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 4:30 p.m., harassment complaint, 300 block of Jefferson Street, City of Hart.
• 10:04 p.m., disturbance, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
