Felonies

Alms

– Earl Phillip Alms, Jr., 19, of 308 S. 56th Ave., Mears; child sexually abusive activity, using computers to commit a crime and accosting children for immoral purposes. Preliminary exam: Feb. 27 at 1 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Clements

– Travis Arden Clements, 42, of 5622 S. Water Rd., New Era; third-offense operating under the influence of drugs. Preliminary exam: Feb. 27 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash.

Swanger

– Jarrid Aldon Swanger, 43, of 629 Sands St., Pentwater; unlawful driving away of an automobile/car theft and fleeing a police officer. Preliminary exam: Feb. 27 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash.

Fuller

– Sidney B. Fuller, 61, of 3222 Minke Rd., Walkerville; delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams, methamphetamine possession and possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Feb. 27 at 1 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash.

Evelhoch

– Alexander Lee Evelhoch, 29, of 7990 S. 192nd Ave., Hesperia; firearm possession by a felon. Preliminary exam: Feb. 20 at 1 p.m. Bail: $100/cash.

  • Trayce Robert Tate, 19, of 1150 N. 116th Ave., Hart; second-offense operating while intoxicated and possession of firearms under the influence. Pretrial: March 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
  • Marcus David Pierce, 33, of 3834 Melody Lane, Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 7 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.
  • Melissa Sue Cover, 58, of 8838 Dicey St., Montague; operating while intoxicated and open intoxicates. Pretrial: Feb. 29 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.
  • Angela Lynn Reterstoff, 47, of 123 W. Broadway Ave., Scottville; operating while intoxicated with an occupant under age 16. Pretrial: March 7 at 1 p.m. Bail: $500/10 percent.
  • Connor Thomas Timinski, 27, of 1217 W. Adams Rd., Pentwater; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 7 at 9 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.
  • Morgan James Pearson, 26, of 154 S. East St., Walkerville; domestic violence. Pretrial: March 14 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
  • Adam Blake Riddell, 33, of 103 Wood St., Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial: March 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
  • Bradley James Skofic, Jr., 23, of 2864 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; retail fraud. Pretrial: Feb. 22 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.
  • Robert Joe Smith, II, 39, of 1423 W. Arthur Rd., New Era; breaking and entering without owner’s consent. Pretrial: Feb. 15 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
  • Amber Lee Sample, 39, of 194 Hoskins St., Hesperia; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 29 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
  • Patrick Allen Amstutz, 57, of 3387 Green St., Shelby; DWLS. Pretrial: March 7 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
  • Gary Francis Lewis, 65, of 324 Walnut St., Shelby; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 29 at 1:30 p.m.  Bail: $1,000/PR.
  • Nathaniel Kain Hooker, 40, of 999 6th St., Pentwater; DWLS. Pretrial: March 7 at 2:55 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
  • Kevin Joseph Brinkman, 26, of 4487 W. Hammett Rd., Pentwater; malicious telecommunications services. Pretrial: March 28 at 9 a.m. Bail: $250/10 percent.
  • Porfirio Antonio Escamilla, 45, of 6676 N. 126th Ave., Hart; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 28 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
  • Jacob Matthew Ustick, 31, of 511 Wood St., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. Bail: $300/cash.
  • Lonny Dale Hofmann, 46, of 150 N. 192nd Ave., Hesperia; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 22 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
