HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Kubacki

– Christopher Matthew Kubacki, 40, of 83 Burke Ave., Holland, Michigan; one count of first criminal sexual conduct (CSC) — victim under age 13 and one count of second-degree CSC — victim under age 13. Preliminary exam: Feb. 6 at 1 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Pierce

– David Michael Pierce, 47, of 6087 E. Fillmore Rd., Walkerville; felonious assault. Preliminary exam: Feb. 13 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Kasinger

– Garrett Roger Kasinger, 33, of 4716 S. 144th Ave., Hesperia; third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam waived/bound over to circuit court. Bail: $750/cash.

Hughes

– Christopher Wade Hughes, 29, of 5319 Deer Rd., Walkerville; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Feb. 13 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash.

– Jeremy Francis Brunette, 46, of 1575 E. Tyler Rd., Hart; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police.  Preliminary exam: Feb. 13 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash.

– Michelle Jean Jobbins, 41, of 1194 100th Ave., Hart; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Feb. 13 at 1 p.m. Bail: personal recognizance (PR).

Cosselman

– Jacob Derrick Cosselman, 36, of 4233 132nd Ave., Hesperia; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam waived/bound over to circuit court. Bail: PR.

Misdemeanors

– Joseph Earl Tanner, 56, of 294 Pine St., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 7 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.

– Ethan James Possett, 29, of 154 E. Randall St., Coopersville; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 22 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $500/10 percent.

– Valente Avilez, Jr., 22, of 430 Harvey St., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 29 at 9 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.

– Brandie Lee Hays, 42, of 2060 River Rd., Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: PR.

– Curtis Lester-Lee Tice, 36, of 3850 W. Melody Lane, Hart; malicious destruction to a building. Plea/sentencing hearing: Feb. 13 at 4:10 p.m. Bail: $100/10 percent.

– Madeline Jo Valley, 34, of 3850 Melody Lane, Hart; harboring an escapee. Pretrial: Feb. 15 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: PR.

– Dean Comrade McCallum, 44. of 5087 Holton Whitehall Rd., Holton; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 29 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: PR.

– Daniel Peter Sampson-Phillips, 31, of 6835 Schow Rd., Holton; DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 15 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: PR. 

– Carmen Eveyette Croff, 54, of 6501 E. Rossell Lake Rd., Walkerville; DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 22 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: PR.

– Katharine Ann Carten, 39, of 2858 E. Raymond Rd., Twin Lake; non-sufficient fund check $100-$500. Pretrial: Feb. 8 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $500/cash.

– Richard William Ingalls, 56, of 4900 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia; DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 15 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: PR.

– Matthew Scott Ritchie, 33, of 4946 Catskill St., Kalamazoo; disorderly person — jostling. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Tyler Douglas Herblet, 24, of 1307 Colorado Ave. SE, Grand Rapids; DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $500/cash.

– Frankie Lynn DeHaan, 30, of 4993 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; theft from a vacant building and breaking and entering without owner’s consent. Pretrial: Feb. 8 at 2:45 p.m.

– Vincent Lee Crandall, of 1251 Creekview Dr., Muskegon; failure to report an accident and DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 8 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: PR.

– Nikolas Paul Martin, 22, of 158 13th St., Manistee; DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. Bail: $10/cash.

– Lisa Marie Gillespie, 44, of 409 E. Church St., Hart; using 911 for unauthorized purposes. Pretrial: Feb. 15 a t 11 a.m. Bail: $25/cash.
