51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Jan. 24, 2024
HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Collins
Dorothy Geneva Collins, 59, pleaded guilty Nov. 13, 2023 to carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced Jan. 22, 2024 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation;
Humphreys
and $598 in fines and costs.
Kristofer Jay Humphreys, 46, pleaded guilty Oct. 9 to, 2023 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Jan. 22, 2024 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
Derek A. Blauwkamp, 27, pleaded guilty Dec. 4, 2023 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Jan. 22, 2024 to 60 days in jail with credit for 60 days served; two years probation; and $433 in fines and costs.
Matthew Michael Hickey, 39, pleaded guilty to analogues possession and was sentenced Jan. 22, 2024 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug was dismissed.
