HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

William Jon Monroe, 49, of 7789 S. 100th Ave., Rothbury; methamphetamine possession and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Jan. 30 at 1 p.m. Bail:

Robert Paul Fillips, 60, of 2520 E. Polk Rd., Hart; carrying a concealed weapon and second-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Feb. 20 at 1 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.

Bradley James Skofic, 46, of 621 Leonard Ave., Muskegon; carrying a concealed weapon and third-degree retail fraud. Preliminary exam waived, and the case has been bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Bail: $10/cash. (Low bail amount due to the defendant being incarcerated in prison.)

James Robert Chase, 37, of 137 Roosevelt Rd., Bitely; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam waived, and the case has been bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR). 

Eric Charles Golembiewski, 41, of 1444 N. Custer Rd., Custer; larceny by conversion $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: Jan. 23 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

Axel Domingo Blanco-Osorio, 46, of 508 S. State St., Hart; operating with a blood alcohol content of .17 or higher. Pretrial conference: Feb. 8 at 9 a.m. Bail: $500/cash.

Rafael Edwardo Davis, 42, of 217 W. Fillmore Rd., Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial conference: Feb. 8 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $500/cash.

Mikayla Nichole Wilson-Gleason, 29, of 3402 N. 120th Ave., Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial conference: Feb. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $350/cash.

Kevin Joseph Brinkman, 26, of 4487 W. Hammett Rd., Pentwater; malicious use of telecommunications communications. Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

April Lynn Decheney, 36, of 2575 N. Dickinson Ave., Hesperia; theft from a vacant building and illegal entry. Pretrial conference: Feb. 8 at 9:10 a.m. Bail: not listed.

Porfirio Antonio Escamilla, 45, of 6776 N. 126th Ave., Hart; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Mark Edward Marr, 53, of 5179 Holton-Whitehall Rd., Holton; DWLS, recreational trespassing and improper license plate. Pretrial conference: Feb. 1 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: not listed.

Logan Raymond Bassett, 20, of 5125 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; DWLS. Preliminary exam: Jan. 25 at 11 a.m. Bail: not listed.

Julio Ruben Rodriguez-Castro, 34, of 104 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; DWLS. Preliminary exam: Jan. 25 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Allistir Walter-Vincent Arnold, 20, of 280 Mary Court, Hesperia; failure to stop for a property damage accident. Preliminary exam: Jan. 25 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Andrew Fletcher Holmes, 19, of 5300 Texas Dr., Kalamazoo; third-offense minor in possession of alcohol. Pretrial conference: Jan. 25 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash.
