  • 8:35 a.m., a 37-year-old Hesperia man was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Oceana County, 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail. 
  • 10:30 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 400 block of Union Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Jan. 5, 2024:

  • 12:04 p.m., trespassing, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
  • 2:30 p.m., parking complaint, East Main and State streets, City of Hart.
  • 6:26 p.m., wellbeing check, 400 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
  • 10:13 p.m., larceny, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.

Monday, Jan. 8, 2024:

  • 11:20 a.m.. lost property, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
  • 6:47 p.m., harassment complaint, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.

Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024:

  • 8:30 a.m., disturbance, 100 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.
  • 10:56 a.m., harassment complaint, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2024:

  • 9:50 a.m., larceny, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
  • 11:28 a.m., wellbeing check, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
  • 1:05 p.m., larceny, 10 block of North Courtland Street, City of Hart.
  • 10:50 p.m., medical assist, 300 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
