• 3:09 a.m., disturbance, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
• 12:11 p.m., medical assist, 200 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 12:48 p.m., trespassing, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 6:26 p.m., a 44-year-old Hart woman was arrested for bond violation, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 6:40 p.m., wellbeing check, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 6:47 p.m., wellbeing check, 20 block of Apple Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Dec. 29, 2023:

• 4:06 a.m., a 36-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Muskegon County, Polk Road and State Street, City of Hart.

Saturday, Dec. 30, 2023:

• 2:53 a.m., a 52-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Hart Police Department, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 8:06 a.m., medical assist, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 5:55 p.m., family trouble, 10 block of West Main Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023:

• 12:01 p.m., unlawful driving away of an automobile/car theft, 400 block of Jefferson Street, City of Hart.

Monday, Jan. 1, 2024:

• 12:23 a.m., medical assist, 2000 block of Oceana Drive, City of Hart,
• 2:30 a.m., a 43-year-old Shelby man was arrested breaking and entering and malicious destruction of property, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

• 12:39 p.m., wellbeing check, 300 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 1:44 p.m., wellbeing check, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
