• Candace Lee Fennel, 27, of 6441 E. Fillmore Rd., Hesperia; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Jan. 16 at 1 p.m. 

Misdemeanors

• Reanna Renee Pena, 28, of 8495 Indian Bay Rd., Montague; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 18 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $500/cash.
• Kevin Carrol Gleason, 62, of 415 N. State St., Shelby; failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Jan. 18 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
• Samuel Arthur Gillette, 63, of 51 S. Winter St., Hesperia; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Antonio Luna, Jr., 41, of 42 Meadowlawn Ave., Battle Creek; DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 18 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• James Milo Danes, 42, of 8401 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia; DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Adrian Aniceto Ramirez, 30, of 407 E. Johnson St., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Wyatt James Back, 19, of 7433 S. Morse, Branch; DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Charles Lee Davis, 57, of 7755 Carefree Dr., Whitehall; recreational trespassing. Pretrial: Jan. 18 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Richard Lee James, 53, of 220 Walnut St., Shelby; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 18 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Sentencings

• Mario Pineda, 54, of 7511 S. Forest Glen Rd., Rothbury, pleaded guilty Dec. 21, 2023 to failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.
• Brent Michael Nichols, 44, of 2679 N. Amber Rd., Scottville, pleaded guilty Dec. 20 to allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs. One count of improper license was dismissed.
• Robert J-Sebastian Brock, 30, of 15944 144th Ave., Spring Lake, pleaded guilty Dec. 20 to allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $440 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
