HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Moses

Kaelyb Lee Moses, 19, of 5415 E. Skeels Rd., Holton; fleeing and eluding police, operating without insurance and operating without a license. Preliminary exam: Jan. 2 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Marshall Alex-Anthony Masta, 20, of 8823 E. Harrison Rd., Walkerville; narcotic or cocaine possession — less than 25 grams. Pretrial: Jan. 2 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Timothy David Wert, 42, of 5923 Stony Lake Rd., New Era; methamphetamine possession. Pretrial: Jan. 2 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Christopher Wade Hughes, 29, of 5319 Deer Rd., Walkerville; methamphetamine possession. Pretrial: Jan. 2 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Misdemeanors

Simon Gabriel Saldana, 31 of 6415 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Thomas Brown Erley, 69, of 5949 Birchwood Dr., Ludington; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 11 a.m. Bail: $250/cash.

Garrit Eugene Brown, 41, of 214 E. Church St., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.

Lisa Lucille Armstrong, 57, of 2975 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury; operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.

Cody Morgan Denton, 29, of 365 Washington, Pentwater; operating while impaired and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Justin Lee Ramirez, 26, of 4174 S. 72nd Ave., Shelby; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 4 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/PR.

Jaden Elizabeth Jahnke, 19, of 3585 Fruitvale Rd., Montague; disorderly person — drunk. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Eric William Tatro, 28, of 4840 Springtime Lane, Muskegon; second-offense DWLS and invalid insurance. Pretrial: Jan. 4 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Isaac Robert Gill, 35, of 360 W. Main St., Walkerville; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Jason Dale Wilks, 39, of 5030 Loop Rd., Hesperia; second-offense DWLS and illegal license plate. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Allen Michael McClellan, 33, of 227 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury; DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Donald Paul Adams, 59, of 301 N. 112th Ave., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: Jan. 4 at 11 a.m. Bail: $10/cash.
