• 9:58 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 40-year-old Montague man was arrested on a failure to appear warrant and for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Oceana Drive and Webster Road, Grant Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023:

• 3:09 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 60-year-old Hart man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated, Polk Road near 136th Avenue, Elbridge Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023:

• 12:20 a.m., (MSP), a 25-year-old Scottville man was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for an assault and battery charge, Division Street, Village of Hesperia. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Monday, Dec. 25, 2023:

• 10:29 p.m., (MSP), a 30-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for failure to appear, Oceana Drive and Clay Road, Village of Rothbury. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023:

• 2:36 a.m., (OCSO), a 33-year-old Muskegon man was cited for DWLS, US 31 near Webster Road, Grant Township.
• 5:45 p.m., (OCSO), an elderly man (age unavailable) was cited for trespassing, 5000 block of North 96th Avenue, Weare Township.
• 8:32 p.m., (OCSO), a 36-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic violence, South Michigan Avenue, Village of Shelby. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
