The following is recent activity in Oceana County of the Hart post of the Michigan State Police:

Monday, Dec. 18, 2023:

• 12:01 a.m., a 46-year-old Hart man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, Polk Road and State Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2023:

• 2:30 a.m., a 38-year-old Bitely man was arrested on a failure to appear warrant, Oceana Drive, Weare Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
