Walkerville man arrested after fleeing from police on ORV
WALKERVILLE — A 26-year-old Walkerville man was arrested after fleeing from the Michigan State Police while riding an ORV on Main Street Tuesday, Dec. 12, around 3:45 p.m., according to Trooper Spencer Toepfer.
Morgan James Pearson was located in a driveway, said Toepfer. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Pearson faces a felony charge of fourth-degree fleeing and eluding police and is scheduled for a preliminary exam in Oceana County’s 79th District Court Jan. 2 at 1 p.m.
