51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted Dec. 7, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Kerri Timmer

Kerri Lynn Timmer, 35, pleaded guilty Oct. 23, 2023 to prisoner in possession of contraband and was sentenced Dec. 4, 2023 to one to five years in prison with credit for 94 days served in jail and $198 in fines and costs. One count of possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic was dismissed.

Jonathan Joseph Geisler, 48, pleaded guilty Oct. 9 to possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic and was sentenced Dec. 4, 2023 to six days in jail with credit for six days served; one

year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.
