Gonzales

Lucas Antonio Gonzales, 42, of 414 S. Dryden St., Hart; third-offense domestic violence. Preliminary exam: Dec. 19 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Janet Mae-Fawn Hamilton, 26, of 4840 Springtime Lane, Muskegon; false report of a felony. Preliminary exam: Dec. 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Noah Alexander Kuczmanski, 25, of 931 3rd St., Niles, Michigan; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 18 at 1 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.

Bryan Thomas Sayers, 27, of 2656 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 11 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Tom Allen Griffes, 59, of 7750 W. Baker Rd., Shelby; driving while license suspended (DWLS) and open intoxicants. Pretrial: Dec. 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Kelly Ray Alltop, 31, of 4212 N. 120th Ave., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Hamilton

Patrick Henry Pickard, 71, of 9069 N. 188th Ave., Walkerville; failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Stephanie Marie Kleis, 33, of 2701 Crystal Lake Rd., Whitehall; malicious use of telecommunications. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Brian Paul Woodworth, 61, of 8479 E. Monroe Rd., Walkerville; failure to prevent the spread of fire and operating without insurance. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Ronald Wayne Holy II, 37, of 3226 W. Ridge St., White Cloud; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Jan. 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Ethan Xavier Williams-McKibben, 19, of 170 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby; third-offense underage marijuana possession. Pretrial: Dec. 7 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $500/cash.

Joel Belen Flores, 33, of Penwater (street address unavailable); second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Ellis Michael Montgomery, 48 (address unavailable); failure to stop for a property damage accident. Pretrial: Dec. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
