• 8:10 p.m., animal complaint, 200 block of Lincoln Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Nov. 24, 2023:

• 1:44 p.m., suspicious situation, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 6:07 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, Polk Road and Oceana Drive, City of Hart.

Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023:

• 5:35 p.m., a 69-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail,
