HART — The following were arraigned recently on felony charges in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Tanner

Rachel Jade Tanner, 39, of 103 S. Courtland St., Hart; illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. Preliminary exam: Nov. 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Arron Richard Ashbrook, 18, of 124 Main St., Walkerville; breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

James Milo Danes, 42, of 8401 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia; methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: Nov. 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $350/10 percent.

Jehud Edreith-Deleon Ramirez, 23, of 1968 E. Fountain Rd., Free Soil; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Nov. 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Marcelino Gonzalez, 49, of 6951 N. 120th Ave., Hart; methamphetamine possession.  Preliminary exam: Nov. 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: not listed.
