HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Ramirez

– Jehud Edreith-Deleon Ramirez, 23, of 300 Hawley St., Shelby; unlawful imprisonment and two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary exam: Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $75,000/cash/surety.

Dennis

– John Jeremy Dennis, 46, of 4598 S. 198th Ave., Hesperia; felonious assault. Preliminary exam: Dec. 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10/cash. CASE DISMISSED Dec. 12, 2023.

Mendoza-Vasquez

– Jonathan De-Jesus Mendoza-Vasquez, 23, of 19 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; felonies of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. In a separate case, Mendoza-Vasquez is charged with a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Jury trial: Feb. 26, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Zuniga

– Gael Zuniga, 19, of 212 Jackson Rd., Hart; a felony of fleeing and eluding police and misdemeanors of operating without insurance driving without a license. Preliminary exam: Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $250/10 percent.

Hampton

– Dominique Niccolas Hampton, 24, of 2686 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; analogue possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Boyette

– Phillip Arthur Boyette, Jr., 39, of 104 Michigan Ave., Shelby; controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Holy

– Ronald Wayne Holy II, 37, of 3226 Ridge Rd., White Cloud; controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/personal recognizance (PR).

High-court misdemeanor

Sinclair

– Max Allen Sinclair, 53, of 2214 N. Cousineau Ave., Mears; fourth-degree CSC. Preliminary exam: Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/PR.

 

 

Misdemeanors

– Israel Villarreal, 36, of 8389 N. Oceana Dr., Pentwater; domestic violence. Preliminary exam: Nov. 30 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $350/10 percent.

– Cody James VanVolkenburg, 21, Mears; failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Reynaldo Mascorro, Jr., 42, of 1517 Los Laureles, Mercedes, Texas; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $250/10 percent.

– Colton David Yordy, 32, of 10915 S. State St., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 1:45 p.m. BAil: $750/10 percent.

– James Andrew Herrygers, 60, of 2861 W. Polk Rd., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 9 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.

– Aiden Caleb Frost, 19, of 1005 Washington Ave., Muskegon; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $500/cash.

– Cheyenne Makayla Allain, 26, of 16 E. Main St., Hart; retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Morgan Rae Bailey, 20, of 3481 Spruce St., Twin Lake; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Andrew Alan Cuddeback, 38, of 2886 S. Lakeview Dr., Hesperia; DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Ellis Michael Montgomery, 48, of 250 N. 144th Ave., Hart; failure to stop for a property damage accident. Plea/sentencing hearing: Nov. 21 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Gerardo Vazquez-Cortes, 29, of 321 Lesada Ave., Shelby; failure to stop for a property damage accident. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– James Howard Wemple, 45, of 1149 Morningside St., Muskegon; disorderly person — drunk. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $100/cash.
