79th District Court sentencings, posted Nov. 9, 2023
HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
- Matthew Alan Kolb, 46, of 511 E. Tyler Rd., Hart, pleaded guilty Oct. 31 to second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to five days suspended jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; outpatient treatment; and $1,385 in fines and costs.
- Guadalupe Rodriguez, Jr., 35, of 1605 S. 32nd Ave., Shelby, pleaded guilty Oct. 3 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days suspended jail with credit for two days served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,570.75 in fines, costs and restitution.
- Trayce Robert Tate, 19, of 1150 N. 116th Ave., Hart, pleaded guilty Oct. 31 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to four days suspended jail with credit for four days served; six months probation; AHSE; and $1,240 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
- Chelsea Kaylynn Acre, 28, of 3497 Dalson Rd., Twin Lake, pleaded guilty Nov. 7 to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to 14 days suspended jail with credit for 14 days served and $250 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Dismissal
- Dillan James Woodring, 20, of 5189 Dalson Rd., Twin Lake; one count of open intoxicants was dismissed Nov. 8.
