HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:



Matthew Michael Hickey, 38, of 5245 Riverview Rd., Kalamazoo; delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/personal recognizance (PR).


Zachary Lee Hackney, 31, of 104 S. Apple St., Hart; narcotic possession. Probable cause conference: Nov. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $250/10 percent.

Valerie Ann Monroe, 46, of 7789 S. 100th Ave., Rothbury; a felony of larceny in a building and a misdemeanor of retail fraud. Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Phillip Arthur Boyette, Jr., 39, of 5100 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 14  at 1 p.m. (Bond info not listed.)

Sean W. Johnson, 38, of 440 Beatie, Muskegon; felony charges of controlled substance possession, possession of analogues and fleeing and eluding police officer and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 1 ap.m. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 9 a.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.



Shane Patrick Bostrum, 50, of 325 S. Sunset Dr., Hesperia; second-offense domestic violence. Plea/sentencing hearing: Nov. 14 at 11 a.m. Bail: $500/cash.


Colin Ray Bush, 39, of 260 Sessions Rd., Shelby; assault and battery. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Morgan Renee Worth, 42, of 916 34th Ave., Mears; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Karleigh Rai Casano, 29, of 119 W. Broadway Ave., Scottville; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 2 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Shawn Ronald Alvesteffer, 29, of 9006 104th Ave., Pentwater; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 2 p.m. Bail: $500/10 percent.

Tamera Ann Race, 54, of 373 Elm St., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Plea/sentencing hearing: Nov. 28 at 4 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.


Vianca Delores Vasquez, 19, of 4504 W. Taylor Rd., Hart; assault and battery. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Gabriella Elosia Vasquez, 18, of 1906 Kennedy Blvd., Ludington; assault and battery. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 11 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Hector Mendieta-Salinas, 20, of 288 N. Maple St., Shelby; domestic violence and assault and battery. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

Don Albert Stapel, 57, of 74417 Fox Rd., Mears; larceny. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Leslie A. Ryan, 73, of 383 Hawthorne Blvd., Glen Gllyn, Illinois; failure to stop for a property damage accident. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 1: 15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Kriss Flores, 49, of 1599 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

David Howard Roundy, 55, of 1611 Oak Ave., Muskegon; DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 21 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Joseph Franklin Rolewicz, 22, of 5493 W. Samantha Lane, Twin Lake; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Brandon Ray Dickenson, 21, of 16 E. Lever Rd., Hart; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Nov. 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Dillan James Woodring, 20, of 5189 Dalson Rd., Twin Lake; open intoxicants. Plea/sentencing hearing: Nov. 30 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
