Phillip Arthur Boyette, Jr., 39, of 5100 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. (Bond info not listed.)

Johnson, 38, of 440 Beatie, Muskegon; felony charges of controlled substance possession, possession of analogues and fleeing and eluding police officer and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS).
