Hackney

Valerie Ann Monroe, 46, of 7789 S. 100th Ave., Rothbury; a felony of larceny in a building and a misdemeanor of retail fraud. Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Phillip Arthur Boyette, Jr., 39, of 5100 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 14  at 1 p.m. (Bond info not listed.)

Sean W. Johnson, 38, of 440 Beatie, Muskegon; felony charges of controlled substance possession, possession of analogues and fleeing and eluding police officer and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 1 ap.m. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 9 a.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.
