79th District Court sentencings, posted Nov. 4, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Roy James Alltop, 52, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, pleaded guilty Oct. 31 to larceny by false impersonation less than $200 and was sentenced to two days suspended jail with credit for two days served; $300 in fines and costs; and $150 in restitution.

Joel Zachary Bissell, 26, of 5215 32nd Ave., Hudsonville, pleaded guilty Oct. 24 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to one day suspended jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

Brenden John Lewis, 26, of 303 Washington St., Hart, pleaded guilty Oct. 31 to disorderly person — drunk and was sentenced to two days suspended jail with credit for two days served and $300 in fines and costs.

Stephen Cryan Jannereth, 20, of 3264 Boone Ave. SW, Wyoming, Michigan, pleaded guilty Oct. 24 to failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. One count of failure to stop for an accident was dismissed.
