Felonies

Blauwkamp

Derek A. Blauwkamp, 27, of 2578 Spring Crt., Zeeland; third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Oct. 31 at 1 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.

Phillips

Joshua Martin Phillips, 39, of 696 W. Forrest St., Muskegon; bringing contraband into prison and possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Marjorie Janelle Walt, 34, of 2255 Young Rd., Hart; five counts of controlled substance delivery/manufacture of cocaine less than 50 grams. Pretrial: Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $25,000/surety.

John Jeremy Dennis, 45, of 3204 Holton Rd., Muskegon; dangerous weapons and methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10/cash

David Michael Spodney, 35, of 1013 Bridge St., Linden, Michigan; delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams, delivery/manufacture of

Raymond James Edwards, 34, of 1801 Lawn Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio; delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine 50-224 grams, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and

Misdemeanors

Carey Randall Kempker, 64, of 1905 Castle Ave., Norton Shores; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 9 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.

Mary Carolyn-Matz Lewallen, 71, of 708 W. Garfield Rd., Rothbury; animal cruelty. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Lara Nichole Smith, 33, of 5839 W. 5th St., Mears; domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 27 at 8:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash.

Ryan Mark Wetters, 20, of 2657 Springdale Dr., Hudsonville; jostling. Pretrial: Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Jesse Grant Cole, 45, of 4763 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Jacob Kenneth Miller, 24, of 828 E. James St., White Cloud; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 9 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Edwards

Craig Joshua Bradley, 40, of 820 E. Tyler Rd., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 30 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Mark Eugene Marr, 24, of 8180 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton; DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 2 at 10 a.m. Bail: $500/cash. 

Cage Cameroan Alexander, 20, of 5648 S. Cherokee Bend, New Era; retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 9 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Dillan James Woodring, 20, of 5189 Dalson Rd., Twin Lake; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Joseph Franklin Rolewicz, 21, of 5493 W. Samantha Lane, Twin Lake; open intoxicants.  Pretrial: Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
