The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:

Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023:

• 1:53 p.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 5:23 p.m., a 60-year-old Hart man was arrested for assault, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 10:26 p.m., suspicious situation, 500 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Sept. 29, 2023:

• 1:03 a.m., wellbeing check, 300 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
• 12:40 p.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023:

• 1:02 p.m., medical assist, 300 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
• 1:34 p.m., suspicious situation, 100 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023:

• 2 a.m., noise complaint, 300 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
• 10:51 a.m., medical assist, 1000 block of Parmington Avenue, City of Hart.
• 11:48 a.m., alarm, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 1:38 p.m., a 67-year-old Hart man was cited for operating without insurance, State Street and Oceana Drive, City of Hart.
• 2:50 p.m., a 20-year-old Shelby man was cited for operating without a license, State and Hansen streets, City of Hart.

Monday, Oct. 2, 2023:

• 2:14 p.m., threats complaint, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 3:55 p.m., larceny, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 10:53 p.m., a 40-year-old Baldwin woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Ottawa County, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2023:

• 2:48 a.m., medical assist, 300 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
• 8:45 a.m., wellbeing check, State and East Main streets, City of Hart.
• 3:42 p.m. vehicle crash causing injury, East Main Street and Oceana Drive, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023:

• 2 a.m., suspicious situation, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 2:13 a.m., suspicious situation, Griswold and Johnson streets, City of Hart.
• 2 p.m., medical assist, 800 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 2:45 p.m., found property, Dryden and Jefferson streets, City of Hart.
