Several face drug charges stemming from Electric Forest arrests

HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Dennis

John Jeremy Dennis, 45, of 3204 Holton Rd., Muskegon and 4598 S. 198th Ave., Hesperia; methamphetamine possession, dangerous weapons and felonious assault. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17

Villanueva

at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Marcos Amador Villanueva, 31, of 729 Claim St., Aurora, Illinois; delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Mackenzie Nichole Malston, 22, of 206 W. Oklahoma St., Atlanta, Indiana; delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/PR.

Madison Leah Ramsey, 23, of 124 Church St., Sharpsville, Indiana; two counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and one count of delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/PR.

Malston

Ravenski McLoven, 23, of 2336 S. Race St., Denver, Colorado; one count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and two counts of delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/PR.

Mark Anthony Swenor, 61, of 104 Washington St., Hart; carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent, felony firearm — pneumatic gun; and two misdemeanors of assault and battery.

Ramsey

Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Dorothy Geneva Collins, 58, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., Hart; carrying a concealed weapon. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/PR.

Sammy B. Jones, 24, of 2107 Lansing St., Detroit; one count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and two counts of delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $75,000/PR.

Paul Madison Phillips, 38, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Oct. 17 at 1 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

McLoven

Misdemeanors

Dominique Niccolas Hampton, 24, of 3224 S. Foster St., Shelby; malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000 and domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $750/cash.

Katie Amber Keller, 37, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Swenor

David Howard Roundy, 54, of 1611 Oak Ave., Muskegon; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Oct. 26 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
