The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:

Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023:

• 8:09 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), stalking, 8500 block of East Garfield Road, Newfield Township.

Friday, Sept. 29, 2023:

• 4:17 p.m., (OCSO), a 37-year-old Mears woman was arrested for domestic violence, 3200 block of North 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.
• 1:15 p.m., (Michigan State Police, Hart post), a 32-year-old Muskegon man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS), US 31 near mile marker 154, Weare Township.
• 5:41 p.m., (MSP), a 22-year-old Hesperia man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, M 20 near 120th Avenue, Ferry Township.
• 9:52 p.m., (OCSO), a 19-year-old Hart man was arrested for bond violation and open intoxicants, and a 21-year-old Hart man was cited for open intoxicants, North Oceana Drive, Weare Township.

Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023:

• 12:35 p.m., (OCSO), a 37-year-old Muskegon man was cited for fourth-offense DWLS, US 31 near Winston Road, Grant Township.
• 3:12 p.m., (OCSO), aggravated assault, 6600 block of East Deer Road, Leavitt Township. A 61-year-old Hart man is a suspect.
• 4:34 p.m., (OCSO), domestic assault, 5700 block of South 104th Avenue, Grant Township. No arrests.
• 10:25 p.m., (OCSO), domestic assault, 2000 block of South 160th Avenue, Newfield Township. No arrests.

Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023:

• 12:20 p.m., (OCSO), breaking and entering, 1700 East Kent Road, Otto Township. Fuel valued at $95 was stolen. No arrests.

Monday, Oct. 2, 2023:

• Midnight, (MSP), a 32-year-old Twin Lake man was arrested on a fugitive warrant for failure to appear and on charges of giving false info to police, improper license plate and DWLS, State and Maple streets, Village of Hesperia.
• 2:22 a.m., (OCSO), a 54-year-old Muskegon man was arrested on a warrant and for DWLS, 100 East Park Road, City of Hart. A charge of methamphetamine possession is pending lab analysis.
