HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Rosencrans

Shawn Michael Rosencrans, 29, of 4431 S. 184th Ave., Hesperia; a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated and misdemeanors of second-offense driving while license suspended

Bush

(DWLS) and assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Oct. 10 at 1 p.m. Bail: $100,000/cash/surety.

Colin Ray Bush, 39, of 260 Sessions Rd., Shelby; a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon and a misdemeanor of domestic assault. Preliminary exam: Oct. 10 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Bush also is charged with misdemeanor assault and battery in a separate file with a pretrial scheduled for Oct. 26 at 10:15 a.m.

Phillip Arthur Boyette, Jr., 39, of 5100 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Oct. 10 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Jeffrey Lovell Brown, 56, of 899 Sharon Rd., Muskegon; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Oct. 3 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Nicholas Richard Nielsen, 42, of 663 W. Fillmore Rd., Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 19 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Morgan Renee Worth, 42, of 916 34th Ave., Mears; operating while intoxicated and failure to stop for a property damage accident. Pretrial: Oct. 26 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Brown

Andrew James Larue, 32, of 5101 Whitney St., Montague; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 9 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Karleigh Rai Casano, 29, of 119 W. Broadway Ave., Scottville; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 26 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Donald Jamal Wiggins, 40, of 45 S. Elm St., Scottville; DWLS. Settlement hearing: Oct. 10 at 2:50 p.m. Bail: $500/personal recognizance (PR).

James Darin Grabinski, 46, of 4867 W. Adams Rd., Pentwater; second-offense DWLS. Plea/sentencing hearing: Oct. 17 at 4 p.m. Bail: $400/PR.

Taylor Auston Dominigues, 26, of 502 Ludington Ave., Ludington; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 26 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $500/PR.

Billy Richard Huszar, 45, of 3591 S. Water Rd., New Era; DWLS. Settlement hearing: Oct. 10 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $100/PR.

Ryan Mark Wetters, 20, of 2657 Springdale Dr., Hudsonville; jostling. Pretrial: Oct. 19 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Lara Nichole Smith, of 5839 W. 5th St., Mears; domestic violence. Settlement hearing: Oct. 10 at 2:50 p.m. Bail: $100/cash.

Leslie A. Ryan, 73, of 383 Hawthorne Blvd., Glen Gllyn, Illinois; failure to stop for a property damage accident. Pretrial: Oct. 5 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Jenna Victoria Rodriguez, 27, of 115 E. 4th St., Shelby; DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Frankie Lynn DeHaan, 29, of 5993 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 26 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Ronald Wayne Holy, II, 36, of 3226 W. Ridge St., White Cloud; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 12 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
