The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:

Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023:

• 1:03 p.m., a 26-year-old Hart woman was arrested for retail fraud and on an outstanding warrant issued in Ottawa County, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 8:10 p.m., trespassing, 300 block of Jefferson Street, City of Hart.
• 8:57 p.m., wellbeing check, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Sept. 15, 2023:

• 2:02 a.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 10:20 a.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 10:47 a.m., medical assist, 600 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 11:44 a.m., lost property, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
• Noon, suspicious situation, 100 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 5:38 p.m., a 26-year-old Hart man was arrested on a warrant issued in Oceana County, 700 block of State Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 7:36 p.m., suspicious situation, 2000 block of Comfort Drive, City of Hart.

Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023:

• 8:24 p.m., suspicious situation, State and Main streets, City of Hart.
• 1:18 a.m., a 40-year-old Pentwater man was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Mason County, 72nd Avenue and Polk Road, City of Hart.

Sunday, Sept. 17, 2023:

• 4:17 p.m., medical assist, 300 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 7:01 p.m., family trouble, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.

Monday, Sept. 18, 2023:

• 3:10 p.m., a 29-year-old Scottville woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 5:20 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, State and Church streets, City of Hart.
• 7:07 p.m., larceny, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.
• 7:50 p.m., suspicious situation, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2023:

• 3:10 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 1:05 p.m., animal complaint, 100 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
• 4 p.m., wellbeing check, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2023:

• 11:40 a.m., animal complaint, 700 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 6:10 p.m., animal complaint, State Street and Hilltop Street, City of Hart.
