79th District Court sentencings, posted Sept. 13, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Susan Kay Dukes, 69, of 7910 N. 66th Ave., Pentwater, pleaded “no contest” Sept. 5 to brandishing a firearm in public and was sentenced to $500 and the gun will be forfeited to the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office for disposal. One count of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed.

Joseph Christopher Bulinski, 21, of 393 Slate Run Dr., Powell, Ohio, was found guilty of operating while impaired Sept. 5 and was sentenced to Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); Victim Impact Panel; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

Anthony Lamont Davis, 36, of 1319 Terrance St., Muskegon, was found guilty Sept. 8 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and sentenced to $525 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed. 

Andrew James Lane, 32, of Holton (street address not listed), was found guilty Sept. 8 of DWLS and sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Scott Andrew Ursiny, Jr., 30, of 5155 W. Tyler Rd., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 5 of transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Ryan Anthony Stewart, 37, of 93343 Gravel Lake Dr., Lawton, was found guilty Sept. 5 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to three months probation and $300 in fines and costs. One count of disorderly conduct — drunk was dismissed.

Jarrid Jay Pardo, 44, of 8833 Cedar Creek. Holton, was found guilty Sept. 1 of DWLS and was sentenced to $525 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Isabella Ann Ayala, 23, of 1389 Lakeshore Dr., Muskegon, was found guilty Sept. 1 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $425 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
