Severo Antonio Valles, 47, of 7202 Flagship Dr., Madison, Wisconsin; two counts of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: Sept. 26 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/PR.

Patrick Wayne Mengel, 43, of 6151 E. Fillmore Rd., Walkerville; stealing/retaining a financial transaction device. Preliminary exam: Sept. 26 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
