HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Nichols

– Kameron Clayburn Nichols, 23, of 36 Grove Ave., Hesperia; assault with a dangerous weapon and three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Sept. 19 at 1 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Pinks

– Helen Marie Pinks, 21, of 8930 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Sept. 19 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Buozis

– Karolyn Kay Buozis, 63, of 520 Main St., Hart; assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary exam: Sept. 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Marks

– Zachary Wyatt Marks, 35, of 12656 Pinetop Way, Noblesville, Indiana; two counts of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams. Preliminary exam: Sept. 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $25,000/PR.

Eitniear

– Justin Tavish Eitniear, 29, of 5845 6th St., Mears; possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: Sept. 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Misdemeanors

Shawn Ronald Alvesteffer, 29, of 9006 104th Ave., Pentwater; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 28 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Saul Silva, 44, 411 Woodland Ct., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Sept. 12 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Joseph Christopher Slater, 56, of 9414 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial conference: Sept. 28 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $750.

Tamera Ann Race, 54, of 373 Elm St., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial conference: Sept. 28 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $750.
