The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:

Friday, Aug. 25, 2023:

• 12:31 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 21-year-old Hesperia woman was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, 300 block of South Sunset Drive, Village of Hesperia. 
• 10:07 a.m., (OCSO), malicious destruction of property, a rock was thrown the window of a Mini Cooper, East Skeels Road, Greenwood Township.
• 12:30 p.m., (OCSO), a 50-year-old Hesperia man was arrested on a warrant from another agency, 100 block of Winter Street, Village of Hesperia.
• 12:30 p.m, (OCSO), a 29-year-old Hart man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants, North Water and Taylor roads, Hart Township.
• 1:18 p.m., (OCSO), fraud, $1,991 fraudulently obtained by a person falsely impersonating a cash app representative, 100 block of South 180th Avenue, Newfield Township.
• 8:36 p.m., (OCSO), a 45-year-old Walkerville man was cited for second-offense driving while license revoked, North 176th Avenue near VanBuren Road, Leavitt Township.
• 8:54 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 17-year-old West Bloomfield man was injured in a single-vehicle crash at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Golden Township. He was treated at the scene.
• 11:49 p.m., (OCSO), a 62-year-old Hesperia man was cited for unregistered vehicle and open intoxicants, and a 36-year-old White Cloud man was cited for open intoxicants, McLaren Street near Loop Road, Village of Hesperia. The 36-year-old man could be charged with methamphetamine possession pending lab analysis of the substance. 

Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023:

• 9:22 a.m., (OCSO), elder abuse involving a significant amount of stolen property, 900 block of West Woodrow Road, Shelby Township.
• 10:34 a.m., (OCSO), a 39-year-old Hart man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, West Polk Road, Golden Township.
• 12:40 p.m., (MSP), a 41-year-old Grand Haven man and a 40-year-old Westphalia man received minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Golden Township.
• 3:05 p.m., (MSP), a residence was ransacked, but nothing was reported stolen, 5000 block of Deer Road, Golden Township. It is believed the crime occurred Aug. 7. The case is under investigation.
• 4:34 p.m., (MSP), an ATV was stolen from a residence, 6000 block of East Rossell Road, Colfax Township. The case is under investigation.
• 11:04 p.m., (OCSO), assault, 8400 block of West Hazel Road, Golden Township.

Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023:

• 4:30 p.m., (MSP), an 18-year-old Westland man was injured in a vehicle crash at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes, Golden Township.

Monday, Aug. 28, 2023:

• 9:17 a.m., (OCSO), larceny, 9100 block of South Indian Hills, Claybanks Township.
