Felonies

Salgado

Daniel Salgado, 36, of 315 Courtland St., Hart; assault with intent to great bodily harm less than murder, methamphetamine possession, possession of a narcotic/cocaine less than 25 grams; and a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: Sept. 5

Wadland

at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Daniel Ray Wadland, Jr., 49, of 4507 Poulan St., Muskegon; third-offense domestic violence. Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 1 p.m. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Brian Jay Kolk, 48, of 212 Morning Glory Ln., Fremont; fleeing and eluding. Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Dalton Frank Moore, 40, of 99 East St., Walkerville; possession of a narcotic/cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Kolk

Nathaniel Bloem Klooster, 39, of 27 W. 18th St., Holland; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Marcelino Gonzalez, 49, of 6951 N. 120th Ave., Hart; illegal entry. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 4 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Moore

Leann Renee Hamann, 54, of 7728 S. Michigan Ave., Rothbury; domestic assault. Pretrial: Sept. 28 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Matthew Alan Kolb, 46, of 511 E. Tyler Rd., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 28 at 9 a.m. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Jeffrey Lovell Brown, 55, of 899 Sharon Rd., Muskegon; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 2 p.m. $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Klooster

William Leland Gilliland, IV, 30, of 147 N. Densmore St., Muskegon; DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 14 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Terry Lee Lennox, 64, of 3058 W. Tahoe Trl., New Era; DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 7 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $500/cash.

Emilio Andres Lopez, 25, of 1560 S. Mill Iron Rd., Muskegon; malicious destruction of property. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Edward Harry Holladay, 55, of 3760 N. 104th Ave., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 28 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $500/PR.

Hunter Matthew Thon, 23, of 6344 S. Croton Hardy Dr., Newaygo; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 28 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.
