Detroit man arrested for domestic violence wanted on 13 warrants
HART — A 36-year-old Detroit man was arrested by Oceana County sheriff’s deputies on charges of domestic violence, interfering with a 911 call, operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended in the 4200 block of Polk Road, Tuesday, Aug. 8, at 12:45 a.m.
The man dragged a woman by her hair through a mud puddle in a parking lot, said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.
The suspect was wanted on 13 failure to appear warrants issued in Detroit.
