HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Hamilton

Janet Mae-Fawn Hamilton, of 8702 W. South River Dr., Grant; fleeing and eluding police, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police; and and a

Dukes

misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Aug. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Susan Kay Dukes, of 7910 N. 66th Ave., Pentwater; felonious assault. Preliminary exam: Sept. 5 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Alexandra Ann Greiner, of 1370 W. Monroe Rd., Hart; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Aug. 29 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Joshua Martin Phillips, of 696 W. Forrest, Muskegon; smuggling contraband into a prison and possession of a controlled substance — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic. Preliminary exam: Aug. 22 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Marjorie Janelle Walt, of 2255 Young Rd., Hart; three counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy/cocaine and one count of methamphetamine/ecstasy/cocaine possession. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Melissa Ann West, of 641 W. Lakewood Rd., Twin Lake; assault and battery. Plea/sentence hearing: Aug. 15 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: not listed.

Calvin Jonathan Emery, Jr., of 20309 Ferguson St., Detroit; domestic violence and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Sept. 21 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: not listed.

Ashley Michelle VanVleet, of 133 S. Maple Island Rd., Muskegon; domestic violence. Pretrial and bail not listed.

Lisa Marie Gillespie, of 409 E. Church St., Hart; disorderly conduct. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: not listed.

Damian Michael Wilder, of 415 State St., Shelby; retail fraud. Plea/sentencing hearing: Aug. 15 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: not listed.

Ray Edward Woodworth, of 397 Walnut St., Shelby; assault and battery. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Kenneth Douglas Rumsey, of 7595 S. Michigan Ave., Rothbury; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 10. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Adam Robert Keller, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Mateo Daniel Salazar, of 2100 N. Ridge Rd., Mears; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
