HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th’s District Court:

Felonies 

Brink

Anthony Alan Brink, of 3709 Cobmoosa Trail, Hesperia; fleeing and eluding police. Preliminary exam: Aug. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $15,000

Tyler

cash/surety/10 percent.

Michael Troy Tyler, of 7146 Woodrow Ave., Hesperia; two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, along with misdemeanor charges of assault and operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Aug. 8 at 1 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Celso Sanchez, of 5210 S. Water St., New Era; fraud. Preliminary exam: Aug. 15 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

Miguel Angel Rodriguez-Lopez, of 2280 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $850/ cash.

Sanchez

Kaytlyn Danielle Bailey, of 105 E. Filer St., Ludington; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 7 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Paul Madison Phillips, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville; larceny. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Justin Lee Knight, of 27 Michigan Ave., Shelby; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Jordan Christopher-Kendal Dodge, of 3238 W. Harrison Rd., Hart; failure to stop for a property damage accident. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Mario Calvo-Mendez, of 50 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 3:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Joseph Luz Mosqueda, of 8162 W. Arthur Rd., New Era; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Molly Ann Rockey, of 3950 Harbor Point Dr., Norton Shores; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Guadalupe Rodriguez, Jr., 6895 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Leann Renee Hamann, of 7728 S. Michigan Ave., Rothbury; two counts of domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Ross Owen Gleason, of 2019 S. 48th Ave., Shelby; failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Sept. 7 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
