James Frederick Conley, Jr., of 8559 Gressley Rd., Hesperia; two counts of assault and battery. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.

Felix Zuniga-Cervantes, of 1639 Francis Ave., Grand Rapids; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 1:15 p.m. (Bail: not listed.)

Ashley Michelle VanVleet, of 1281 E. Pontaluna Rd., Spring Lake; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Angelica Juanita Baza, of 5738 W. Johnson Rd., Ludington; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 31 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $500/cash.

Ryan Anthony Stewart, of 93343 Gavel Lake Rd., Lawton, Michigan; disorderly conduct. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $100/cash.

Ray Gavcus, of 4132 W. 93rd Pl., Oak Lawn, Illinois; burning flammable material and causing a fire. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Gavin Reece Dornbos, of 68 N. State St., Hesperia; burning flammable material. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,00/PR.

Sentencings

Patrick Wayne Maschke, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury, pleaded guilty July 21 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $200 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Tina Marie Hitsman, of 3560 S. 201th Ave., Hesperia, pleaded guilty July 14 to DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
