  • 8:53 p.m., a 27-year-old Shelby woman was arrested 0n an outstanding warrant, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

  • 12:26 p.m., suspicious situation, 3000 block of Colonial Drive, Hart Township.

Monday, July 10, 2023:

  • 4:20 a.m., medical assist, 200 block of Lincoln Street, City of Hart.
  • 11:20 a.m., a 28-year-old Shelby man was arrested an outstanding warrant, State and Johnson streets, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
  • 1:11 p.m., general assistance, Enterprise Drive and State Street, City of Hart.
  • 4 p.m., suspicious situation, 200 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
  • 4:27 p.m., alarm, 30 block of Orchard Street, City of Hart.

Tuesday, July 11, 2023:

  • 9:30 a.m., wellbeing check, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
  • 1:10 p.m., wellbeing check, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
  • 5:30 p.m., civil property dispute, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.
  • 6:13 p.m., a 44-year-old Hart woman was arrested for disorderly conduct, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
  • 6:30 p.m., damage to property, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

Wednesday, July 12, 2023:

  • 1:29 a.m., suspicious situation, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
  • 2:48 p.m., wellbeing check, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart.
  • 4:45 p.m., vehicle crash, Polk Road and Oceana Drive, City of Hart.
  • 6:39 p.m., animal complaint, State and East Main streets, City of Hart.
  • 7:38 p.m., a 64-year-old Saginaw, Michigan man was cited for driving while license suspended and on an outstanding warrant, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
