79th District Court sentencings, posted July 14, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Robert Matthew Delgado, of 100 Hilltop Dr., Hart, pleaded guilty July 11 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days suspended jail with credit for two days served; Victim Impact Panel (VIP); Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
Adam Joseph Hornby, of 1321 Hickory St., Lansing, pleaded guilty July 11 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to two days suspended jail with credit for two days served; VIP; AHSE; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
Michael Alan Rosencrans, of 6564 E. Gale Rd., Hesperia, pleaded guilty June 6 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced July 11 to AHSE; VIP; and $1,155 in fines and costs.
Abigail Kristin Capizzi, of 42206 Toddmark Lane, Clinton Township, Michigan, pleaded “no contest” June 6 to animal cruelty and was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and $500 in fines and costs.
Johnathon Loren Wishman, of 9485 Chase Rd., Montague, pleaded guilty June 27 to disorderly conduct — drunk and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served and $125 in fines and costs.
Nancy Marie Helmer, of 416 E. Johnson St., Hart, pleaded guilty May 25 to operating while impaired and was sentenced June 27 to $940 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Joshua James Pagura, of 2866 E. Polk Rd., Hart, pleaded guilty June 27 to operating without insurance and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $400 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
Richard Lee Wiegand, of 1890 Leahy St., Muskegon, pleaded guilty July 7 to allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $425 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
Anthony Edward Feltman, of 3646 Arthur Rd., Hesperia, pleaded guilty July 13 to alcohol — open container in vehicle and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Richard Lee Wiegand, of 1890 Leahy St., Muskegon, pleaded guilty July 7 to allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $425 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
Andrew Thomas Walicki, of 9098 80th Ave, Pentwater, pleaded guilty July 7 to transporting open intoxicants and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 90 days served. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Jason Dale Wilks, of 8048 W. 64th St., Fremont, pleaded guilty June 30 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Jonathan Joseph Geisler, of 79 White St., Shelby, pleaded guilty June 27 to DWLS and was sentenced to $225 in fines and costs. A second count of DWLS was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS. In a separate case, Geisler pleaded guilty June 27 to operating without insurance and was sentenced to $200 in fines and costs. In a third file, Geisler, pleaded guilty June 27 to unlawful license plate and was sentenced to a $100 fine.
Billy Joe Miel, of 7231 Blue Lake Rd., Twin Lake, pleaded guilty June 27 to DWLS and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Claudio Cipriano-Lorenzo, of 541 Beard Dr., Pentwater, pleaded guilty June 28 to allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
