HART — The following were arraigned on misdemeanor charges recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
- Roy James Alltop, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; larceny. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
- Jesus Brayan Santillian-Lopez, of 5875 N. 168th Ave., Walkerville; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 24 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.
- Ashley Michelle VanVleet, of 46 Chapita Hills, Shelby; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Jonathan Joseph Geisler, of 79 White St., Shelby; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
- Alredo Silva, of 2908 W. Skeels Rd., Montague; domestic violence. Pretrial: July 20 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
- Rodney Paul Beecham II, of 7429 S. Forest Glen Rd., Rothbury; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: July 20 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Kevin George Lees, of Bloomfield Hills; failure to report an accident. Pretrial: July 27 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Nikolas Paul Martin, of 139 S. Menes St., Walkerville; jostling and giving false information to a police officer. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 2 p.m. Bail: $100/cash.
- Enable Irankunda, of 27 Antoine St. SW, Grand Rapids; indecent exposure. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
- Alan Arthur Cole, of 6319 E. Van Buren Rd., Walkerville; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- John Thomas Jacobs, of 3575 E. Deer Rd., Hart; assault and battery. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 9 a.m. Bail info unavailable.
- Adam B. Dixon, of 109 Broadway St., Hebron, Ohio; disorderly conduct. Pretrial: July 20 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
- Noah James Moon, of 2455 E. Arthur Rd., Rothbury; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Logan Raymond Bassett, of 5125 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Lisa Marie Gillespie, of 409 E. Church St., Hesperia; disorderly conduct. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent or Soberlink.
- Chelsea Kaylynn Acre, of 3497 Dalson Rd., Twin Lake; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $25/cash.
- Anthony Lamont Davis, of 1319 Terrace St., Muskegon; DWLS. Pretrial: Aug. 17 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Tara Jean Williams, of 1876 S. Getty St., Muskegon; disorderly conduct. Pretrial: Aug. 10 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
- Aracely Valentine, of 3677 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Ludington; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 3 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
- William Leland Gilliland IV, of 147 N. Densmore St., Muskegon; DWLS. Pretrial: July 27 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
- Brian Conrad Shogren, of 7395 S. 108th Ave., Rothbury; retail fraud. Pretrial: July 20 at 4 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
