79th District Court felony arraignments, posted July 13, 2023

HART — The following were recently arraigned on felony charges in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Hector Saldana, Jr.

Hector Martin Saldana, Jr., of 3261 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury; two counts of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of felony firearms. Preliminary exam: July 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Chad Bean

Chad Michael Bean, of 6061 Hemlock Ridge, Muskegon; first-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: July 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance (PR).

Damian Michael Wilder, of 417 N. State St., Shelby; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Aug. 1 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Brandon Dean McCann, of 311 E. Jefferson St., Hart; controlled substance possession and a misdemeanor of retail fraud. Preliminary exam: July 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Matthew Scott Morris, of 2 W. Main St., Hart; fraud. Preliminary exam: July 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Damian Wilder

Olivia Rose Parsons, of 321 James St., Ludington; tampering with an electronic monitoring device (tether). Preliminary exam: July 25 at 1 p.m.

Brandon McCann

Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

James William Meeker, of 123 Kings Blvd., Sparta; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of trespassing. Preliminary exam: July 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Terry Eugene McClernan, of 5576 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia; third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: July 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Mark Gordon MacDonald, of 5978 Oceana Dr., Hart; controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: July 18

Matthew Morris

at 1 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Jesus Arnoldo Arellano, Jr., of 120 South St., Walkerville; financial transaction device — illegal sale and a misdemeanor of operating without insurance. Preliminary exam: July 18 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Olivia Parsons

Kerri Lynn Timmer, of 68 N. State St., Hesperia; jail contraband and narcotic possession. Preliminary exam: July 18 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Susan Kay Dukes, of 7910 N. 66th Ave., Pentwater; felony assault. Preliminary exam: July 18 at 1 p.m. Bail: $50,000/PR.

Robert Charles Mollsen, of 1137 E. Sandcreek Trail Rothbury; controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: July 18 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
