51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted July 12, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Julie Mae Mullins, of 2917 Brunswick, Norton Shores, pleaded guilty May 23, 2023 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced July 10, 2023 to six months in jail with credit for 68 days served; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
James Henry Williams, of 1120 E. Johnson Rd., Shelby, pleaded guilty May 22, 2023 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced July 10, 2023 to 90 days in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $1,208 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Caleb Gene Warmuskerken, of 6833 E. Deer Rd., Walkerville, pleaded “no contest” May 22, 2023 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced July 10, 2023 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
Maritza Lopez, of 430 Harvey St., Shelby, pleaded guilty May 22, 2023 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced July 10, 2023 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
