• 2:58 p.m., motorist assist, 100 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 11:11 p.m., general assistance, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Friday, June 16, 2023:

• 2:14 a.m., medical assist, 500 block of Union Street, City of Hart.
• 10:50 a.m., a 31-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for parole violation, 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 12:27 p.m., medical assist, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 3:23 p.m., suspicious situation, Griswold and Wood streets, City of Hart.
• 8 p.m., a 20-year-old Muskegon Heights man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, 200 block of Lincoln Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Ocean County Jail.
• 11:26 p.m., assault and battery, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

• 11:30 p.m., a 53-year-old Hart man was cited for driving while license suspended, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart.

• 8:53 p.m., larceny, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 9:23 p.m., a 42-year-old Hart man was arrested for assault and battery, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

• 10:30 a.m., wellbeing check, 400 block of Union Street, City of Hart.
• 1:10 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, Lincoln and Courtland streets, City of Hart.
• 1:45 p.m., found property, 100 block of Washington Street, City of Hart.
• 8:31 p.m., wellbeing check, State and West Main streets, City of Hart.
• 9:27 p.m., disturbance, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

Wednesday, June 21, 2023:

• 12:41 a.m., a 30-year-old Hart man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, 72nd Avenue and Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 10:30 a.m., malicious destruction of property, 10 block of Park Street, City of Hart.
• 1:05 p.m., alarm, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
• 1:10 p.m., suspicious situation, 800 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 2 p.m, peacekeeping, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
• 6:08 p.m., pickup truck vs. pedestrian crash, J&H Family Store, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart. The pedestrian, who is a 59-year-old Grand Rapids man, was evaluated at the scene by Life EMS. The man told police he fell backwards and hit his head when struck by a Dodge Ram 1500 and complained of knee pain. The pickup truck driver was cited for having an expired plate.
• 6:44 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 100 block of Union Street, City of Hart.
• 7:42 p.m., suspicious situation, 400 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 11:14 p.m., family trouble, 200 block of Jefferson Street, City of Hart.

Thursday, June 22, 2023:

• 4:02 a.m., a 26-year-old Hart man was arrested for disorderly conduct, 400 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 8:30 a.m., suspicious situation, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 6:20 p.m., general assistance, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.
• 8 p.m., a 35-year-old Norton Shores man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 9 p.m., larceny, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

Friday, June 23, 2023:

• 1:25 a.m., suspicious situation, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
• 7:40 a.m., alarm, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart. 
• 10:52 a.m., a 32-year-old Pentwater woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant, East Main and Griswold streets, City of Hart.
• 12:19 p.m., a 40-year-old Lansing man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 3 p.m., disturbance, 100 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.
• 9:23 p.m., suspicious situation, 600 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.
