51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted June 28, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Hanna

Deion Moore Hanna, of 7099 Croswell Ave., Fremont, pleaded guilty to probation violation and was sentenced June 26 to 487 days in jail with

Madole

credit for 487 days served and $1,258 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from an Aug. 18, 2021 conviction of assault with intent to commit great bodily harm less than murder, was revoked.

Andrew Lee Madole, of 1477 E. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, pleaded guilty to probation violation and was sentenced June 26 to 14 days in jail with credit for 14 days served; two years probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a Dec. 5, 2022 conviction of

methamphetamine possession.

Simon Gabriel Saldana, of 6415 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, pleaded guilty to assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer May 1, 2023 and was sentenced June 26 to 118 days in jail with credit for 118 days served; 18 months probation; and $398 in fines and costs. A second count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer was dismissed.

Saldana

James Patrick Edwards, of 217 W. Filmore Rd., Hart, pleaded “no contest” to larceny $1,000 or more April 24 and was sentenced June 26 to

three days in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; $3,150 in restitution; and $328 in fines and costs.

Antonio Rocha, Jr., of 6969 N. 126th Ave., Hart, pleaded guilty to probation violation and was sentenced June 26 to 90 days in jail;; 18 months probation; and $490 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a Nov. 22, 2021 conviction of controlled substance delivery/manufacturing.

Fred Dennis Hall, of 5086 Wayne Rd., Pentwater, pleaded guilty March 7 to fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and was sentenced June 26 to five months in jail with credit for 11 days served and $398 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Rocha

Adrian Lee Vela, of 4198 E. Polk Rd., Hart, pleaded guilty April 24 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for one day served; three years probation; and $1,048 in fines, costs and restitution. Conviction reportable to SOS.
