79th District Court sentencings, June 1, 2023

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court: 

Arturo Ysabel-G Lopez, of 3763 S. Oceana Dr., New Era, was found guilty May 30 of larceny $200-$1,000 and was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served and $615 in fines, costs and restitution.

Amber Rae Kokx, of 3751 Washington Rd., Pentwater, was found guilty May 25 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Timothy Wayne Meitner, of 4647 N. 180th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty May 24 of DWLS and was sentenced to a $75 fine. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Joshua Paul Evelhoch, of 10883 Schow Rd., Holton, was found guilty May 24 of DWLS and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Nathin Scott Fox, of 573 N. 28th Ave., Mears, was found guilty May 19 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. One count of unlawful license plate was dismissed.

Walter David Anam Lopez-Roldan, of 68 Chapita Hills, Shelby, was found guilty May 19 of driving while license expired and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
