HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Kelley

John P. Kelley, of 617 Industrial Park Rd., Shelby; Shelby Police Department; second-degree criminal sexual conduct — victim under age 13. Probable cause hearing: June 6 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Jeffrey Charles Richards, of 2332 Torrent St., Muskegon; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); third-offense operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants. Preliminary exam: June 13 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Shane Robert Russell, of 2696 Blair Ave., New Era; possession of a narcotic. Preliminary exam: June 6 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Misdemeanors

Jonathan Caleb Buck, of 2755 W. Fillmore Rd., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial conference: July 27 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Russell

Scott Andrew Ursiny, Jr.; open intoxicants. Pretrial conference: June 15 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Mark Eugene Marr, of 8180 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial conference: June 15 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $10/cash.

Tina Marie Hitsman, of 3560 S. 204th Ave., Hesperia; DWLS. Pretrial conference: June 15 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
