HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Joseph Luz Mosqueda, of 8162 W. Arthur Rd., New Era; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); felonious assault. Preliminary exam: June 6 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/personal recognizance (PR).

Matthew Carl Duell, of 4212 N. 120th Ave., Hart; OCSO; fleeing and eluding

Antara Lee Moore, of 1600 S. 30th St., Escanaba, Michigan; Hart Police Department (HPD); fugitive from justice. Extradition hearing was May 16. Bail: $50,000/cash.

Tabitha Diane Stratton, of 8930 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; using a computer to commit a crime and making a false police report. Preliminary exam: May 30 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

James Darin Grabinski, of 4867 W. Adams Rd., Pentwater; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: June 8 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Elizabeth Dawn Jobbins, of 29 N. Apple St., Hart; operating while intoxicated with an occupant under age 16. Pretrial: July 6 at 9 a.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Todd Alan Adams, of 2140 N. 64th Ave., Hart; Michigan State Police (MSP); DWLS and driving an unregistered vehicle. Pretrial: June 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Lisa Marie Gillespie, of 409 Church St., Hart; malicious destruction of property (MDOP). Pretrial: May 25 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Roy James Alltop, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: June 1 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Ashley Lynn Hornacek, of 6704 Virnetta Dr., Ludington; open intoxicants. Pretrial: June 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Andrew Thomas Walicki, of 9098 80th Ave., Pentwater; open intoxicants. Pretrial: June 8 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

Joel Alan Sayers, of 215 Ferry St., Shelby; MSP; giving false information to a police officer, DWLS; and unlawful license plate. Pretrial: June 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/PR.
