• 2:17 p.m., threats complaint, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 3 p.m., harassment complaint, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

• 8:30 p.m. a 52-year-old Hart man was cited for operating without a license, State and Church streets, City of Hart.

• 2:35 a.m., suspicious situation, 10 block of Plum Street, City of Hart.
• 2:12 p.m., found property, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
• 3:15 p.m., found property, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.
• 7:22 p.m., a 63-year-old Hart woman was cited driving  while license suspended, State and Hanson streets, City of Hart
• 10:31 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, 400 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

Wednesday, May 3, 2023:

• 7:50 a.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
• 10:46 a.m., wellbeing check, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
• Noon, larceny, 300 block of Wigton Street, City of Hart.
• 3:30 p.m., a 31-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for parole violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 4 p.m., threats complaint. 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
• 7:30 p.m., lost property, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
