The following is activity of the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend:
Friday, April 21, 2023:
- 2:21 p.m., fraud, 2700 block of West Tyler Road, Hart Township. The complainant received a payment book in the mail for which they have no account.
- 7:12 p.m., suspicious person, 4400 block of North 152nd Avenue, Elbridge Township. A male subject was knocking on doors, trying to use a phone to get a ride.
Saturday, April 22, 2023:
- 1:35 p.m., assault, 200 block of North McLaren Street, Village of Hesperia. No arrests.
- 5:02 p.m., fraud, 1400 block of North 34th Avenue, Golden Township. The complainant received a credit card statement for which he did not have an account. He canceled the card, which had not been used.
- 8:05 p.m., reckless driving,1900 block of West McKinley Road, Grant Township.
Sunday, April 23, 2023:
- 8:43 a.m., drugs, 200 block of East Lincoln Street, City of Hart. The report is not complete, and further information is not immediately available.
- 4:28 p.m., domestic assault, verbal argument, no arrests, 5500 block of East Deer Road, Leavitt Township.
