Friday, March 31, 2023:

• 2:36 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), suspected fraud, Rankin Street, Village of Shelby.
• 10 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 49-year-old Whitehall man was arrested on a failure to appear warrant, South Avenue near Division Street, Village of Hesperia.

Saturday, April 1, 2023:

• 1:31 a.m., (MSP), a 31-year-old Ludington man was arrested for probation violation and on a failure to appear warrant, North Oceana Drive near Pere Marquette Highway, Pentwater Township. He was also cited for operating without a driver’s license. His passenger, who is a 37-year-old Hart man, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
• 1:54 a.m., (OCSO), assault, 8100 block of East Monroe Road, Colfax Township.
• 6:09 a.m., (OCSO), lighting system in Trinity Health Hospital parking lot damaged, State Street, Village of Shelby.
• 9:56 a.m., (OCSO), larceny of a firearm, 5300 block of East Tyler Road, Leavitt Township.
• 10:41 a.m., (OCSO), larceny of a utility trailer valued at $2,000, 1st Street, Village of Shelby.
• 1:19 p.m., (OCSO), a 56-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for assault, 6500 block of East M 20, Newfield Township.
• 1:57 p.m., (OCSO), wire fraud of $500, 8500 block of Robinhood Drive, Grant Township.

Sunday, April 2, 2023:

• 8:34 a.m., (OCSO), larceny of tires and rims, 1100 block of West Lever Road, Hart Township.
• 1:06 p.m., (OCSO), larceny — tires were missing or stolen off old vehicles and a trailer was missing or stolen, 4200 block of North 136th Avenue, Elbridge Township.
• 5 p.m., (MSP), a 38-year-old Wyoming, Michigan woman was cited for driving an unregistered vehicle and unlawful license plate, 1700 block of Polk Road near 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.
